The Long Shelf-life of the Product |
The cartridgestaken automatically from the cartridge magazine that situates in the entrance of the machine, are transferred to the index platform of the machine.The cartridges filled with adjustable product on the filling unit, are transferred to the closing stations. Before and after the filling ,nitrogen gas application can be made optionally .The back covers taken from the back cover magazine automatically, are lined up for the back cover closing process. Cartridges and back covers meet on the closing station, are closed and hermetically sealed .After sealing ,cartridges are taken out of the machine.Optionally, with the help of inkjet, coding can be done by using the coding unit.
